The weather on the wedding day was perfect—73 degrees with a soft breeze, making it feel like a quintessential San Luis Obispo celebration. Anna was stunning in her off-the-shoulder gown from The Dress Theory, complemented by a chic low chignon, pearl drop earrings, and radiant makeup. Her bridesmaids wore mismatched taupe dresses, while Jeff stood out in a classic black tux. His groomsmen wore tan suits with soft blue ties, creating a unique yet timeless ensemble.

A Heartfelt Ceremony with a Scenic Backdrop

With Edna Valley wine country as the backdrop, Anna and Jeff’s ceremony was framed by elegant floral pillars that elevated the natural beauty of the setting. As Anna walked down the aisle, hand in hand with her parents, live musician Dave Tate played an acoustic version of Canon in D, adding a deeply emotional touch to the moment. Their heartfelt vows, spoken with only the officiant by their side, were filled with love and meaning, creating a ceremony everyone in attendance will cherish.

Anna and Jeff’s love for ice cream was a fun highlight of their day. Rather than opting for a traditional wedding cake, they hired Negranti Creamery to serve handcrafted ice cream from an adorable cart. One of my favorite moments was the private grand reveal I arranged for Anna and Jeff before the reception began. I brought them into the barn for a first look at their beautifully decorated space, and watching their excitement as they took in the elegant setup was unforgettable. The soft blush tones, warm wood accents, and romantic decor were exactly what they had envisioned, and seeing their reaction was a special highlight of the day.

As the evening continued, guests gathered in the barn to enjoy a meal at round tables surrounding the couple’s sweetheart table, which took center stage. Fresh flowers and glowing candles created a cozy, intimate atmosphere, setting the tone for a romantic evening filled with love and celebration.
